Data Protection Policy

1. Data Controller

This website is operated by hi@esquisse-camera.com.

2. Data Collected

We only collect your email address when you choose to subscribe to our newsletter or to receive our communications. No other personal data is collected through the website.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis

The collected email addresses are used exclusively for:

  • sending newsletters,
  • providing information about our project and updates.

The legal basis for this processing is your consent (Article 6, §1, a of the GDPR), which is obtained at the time of your registration. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

4. Data Recipients and Subprocessing

Your email address is not hosted on this website but is stored and processed by our service provider Mailchimp (The Rocket Science Group LLC), located in the United States.

Mailchimp acts as a data processor within the meaning of Article 28 of the GDPR and implements appropriate security safeguards.

Data transferred to the United States benefits from an adequate level of protection, recognized by the European Commission's adequacy decision of July 10, 2023, under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

5. Data Retention

Your email address is kept as long as you remain subscribed to our newsletter and until you request to unsubscribe or have your data deleted. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link included in each email.
